How do I download my pattern?

After your payment is confirmed, your downloads are available immediately. You will also receive your pattern / patterns via email.

If you cannot see the >Download Files< button yet or it is not clickable, please wait a few moments. This usually means your payment is still processing.

What is included with my order?

Once you have purchased one or multiple patterns from Tiny Cross Stitches (Thank you ♥) you will receive PDF files containing:

◗ 3 pattern charts & one page BONUS chart
◗ symbols on coloured blocks pattern
◗ black & white symbol pattern
◗ coloured symbol pattern
◗ symbol legend on every page for easy tracking
◗ floss legend with colours, quantity, length and stitch count
◗ pattern preview
◗ cross stitch sizing & colour palette

TINY CROSS STITCHES RETURN POLICY

I do not accept returns or refunds on my patterns as they are of digital nature and available to you immediately after payment is confirmed. I am however ALWAYS happy to help wether you need help printing your pattern, digital cross stitch app questions or anything else regarding your downloads. WILL I RECEIVE ANYTHING IN THE MAIL?

No you will not receive anything send to you. ALL my patterns are of digital nature and are available immediately after payment is confirmed.
