FAQs

1. When will my order ship?

All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post which includes Signature confirmation, tracking and insurance! This is the safest way to have it shipped across Canada. Shipping times are 2 - 10 business days.

All US orders are picked up via Courier here from Edmonton and then transported to the next US shipping facility in Montana (takes 2-3 days) and then further shipped and tracked via USPS postal service. All US orders are insured and trackable. Shipping times are 3 - 6 business days.

All international orders are shipped via USPS postal service via Courier service here from Edmonton and are insured and trackable. Shipping times are 1 - 4 weeks (sometimes up to 6 weeks depending on your location and local postal service).

Please ensure your shipping address on your order is correct. I unfortuantly have no control over shipping times but please contact me for any questions and concerns immediatly!

Please be aware of your countries custom fee. It is impossible for me to know which country is charging import fees and which country isn't. Import fees (custom fees) are buyers responsibility.

2. How do I find my ring size?

The best way to determine your ring size is either have it sized (free of charge) at your local jeweller or purchase a plastic ring sizer belt (amazon).

3. What ring size should I pick?

It is best to know your ring size before ordering. The cheapest way to do so is to have it measured at your local jewelers store. It should cost nothing at all! Once you receive your ring it is impossible to change the ring size.

If you ever received a ring that doesn't fit, I am happy to exchange it for the correct ring size. This process will also change the gemstone as the original ring can't be sized up or down. In order to exchange your ring please contact me! Shipping cost back to me and returned to you will have to be paid by the customer.

4. How does Copper affect me?

Your new copper ring or necklace will come untreated and unsealed. Sometimes a green layer can form on your skin were you wear your copper jewelry. It is completely harmless and simply washes of with a bit of water and soap.
The more you wear your copper piece, the shinier your piece will get and we even notice that the green layer disappears as well.
Why we don't seal it?
It is not good to have a layer of chemicals on your skin at all. Copper will oxidize. Always. Even under a layer of laquer or wax. And I also believe that copper, worn since thousands of years on skin, needs to breath in order to be one of the most beloved metals all around the world. Copper is associated with Aphrodite after all!

6. Handmade

Since everything in my shop is truly handmade from start to finish, tiny marks, small sanding spots and unique design between two rings from one style are normal and the true charm and nature of handmade products!

7. How do I care for my new resin ear gauge?

Although resin is waterproof, the best way to avoid damage to your new resin jewelry is to take it off when cleaning or applying any cremes and cosmetics.
Please avoid abrasive surfaces as resin is a strong material yet can be scratched and scuffed just like metal jewelry.

Ear gauges made with resin are NOT intended as ear stretchers. Your lobes have to be healed in order to wear resin plugs!
I recommend cleaning your piece with soap and luke warm water and a soft cotton or terry cloth every so often to keep it's shine.

9. Can I return products?

I only accept returns of unused, unopened and original product conditions. Please contact me within 7 days of received goods to start the return process. I do not accept returns of worn and / or used products out of hygiene reasons as I am unable to resell and restock.

Your satisfaction is my highest goal and I am sure you will love my products as much as I do but there are circumstances unforeseen and I will work with you until you are completely happy with your products!
